Floodwaters in Kaziranga National Park, India
Seasonal flooding due to monsoon rains is a serious problem for greater one-horned rhinos in northern India, with several deaths due to drowning recorded each year. The height to which floodwaters sometimes rise can easily be seen in this photo of an elephant at a mounting station in Kaziranga National Park.

Flooding is a serious concern some wise planning should be done so that at least the wildlife conserved with great efforts can be aligned and saved
Floods in the region surrounding Kaziranga National park is a recurring tragedy for the rich wildlife preserved in the park. Due to the floods a large number of animal life is destroyed from the jungles of assam. The state and the central governments should try for some remedy on it
